Capricci is an "restaurant & deli” bringing to London 30 years of experience in selecting exceptional Italian food and wines from small artisanal producers. Capricci's Italian regional menu is inspired by the highest quality ingredients and changes on a weekly basis according to the seasonal products available. So you will not find a fixed menu but all the ideas and achievements that the creative cuisine offers daily with a passion for surprise. Our wine list combines natural wines from Italian microproducers with great classics such as Barolo, Amarone and Prosecco. Capricci offers a unique experience of products and authentic Italian recipes which can be tasted comfortably seated at the table, or brought home for your own pleasure. Moreover Capricci features a rich program of special events and “piatti del giorno” that will make any visit to the restaurant unique. Great food and service in an authentic Italian restaurant/deli. Sandwiches were a great hit, full of flavour. Crab spaghetti was also a highlight. Very friendly and appreciated the candle on the tiramisu for the birthday girl. Always visit when heading to the Tate Modern.

Authentic Italian (as the sign says on the door) Great ingredients and properly cooked pasta and we shared a lovely bottle of Soave wine. The ice cream pudding with coffee and amaretto was lovely.

An excellent experience - the pasta is amazing, the real thing.... Absolutely amazing wine list - you won't be disappointed. We had starters, several campari spritz, antipasti, pasta dishes - all delivered with great service. It's our second time here. Won't be the last time - already looking forward to the next time! A brilliant Italian Sunday roast. Lovingly made with top-quality ingredients, bringing heart-warming flavours. Friendly, attentive service, yet leaving us in peace, too - i.e. not over-attentive. Very good choice of starters and mains. I'm from Yorkshire so love my English Sunday roast, but this Italian one was sublime.

Dined here before a show at Shakespeare's Globe (about an easy 10-minute walk). A warm evening so we took a cafe table on the sidewalk for the light breeze and people-watching. The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Menu was varied; the presentation and preparation of our dishes (bruschetta, salads, coniglio, and espresso) were just right for an informal summer meal. Interesting and unfussy wine list. Have a glass of Prosecco. Have two!

The ideal venue for a birthday lunch for one of our party of 5 after our visit to Tate Modern. Best authentic Italian food around, served with a very personal touch and all our individual dietary requirements carefully catered for. Excellent occasion!

This is a truly exceptional restaurant - authentic and innovative Italian cuisine at its best. I had an excellent meal appetizer, main, desert all well-proportioned and all very tasty. Recommendations from the server were spot-on. The restaurant is small and was fairly quiet (late Friday night).
