The server was not very accommodating with drink options. I have never had a problem before this visit, but yesterday the server would only serve alcoholic beverages that were on the menu. This tainted the experience, but he recovered and the food was delicious. I was just a little disappointed in the rigidity of the server.
Sat outside the weather was perfect the wait staff was super nice and the food was awesome
Delicious! Attentive service. Will definitely come back.
Delicious food with a cute bistro feel! Service was great and the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. We will definitely be returning!
Amazing food, great market area vibe. We both got the crab quiche with salad, love that salad dressing! The quiche was fabulous, delicate but exquisite flavor, YUM!
One of my Seattle favorites. Wonderful location. Excellent service. Delicious food and drink. Never disappoints.
We are making this a bi annual tradition to come to your restaurant and have a delicious sandwich and salad!!
Love the food and keep coming back despite the level of noise which is really high!
So fantastic! Adorable, great location, and of course, the food was fantastic! Went for breakfast. Will go every time I'm in Seattle.
Sat at a table outside on a lovely day. Friendly and speedy service. Tasty and filling entrees.
We eat here almost weekly. What more can I say? You will feel like you are in a bistro on a quiet Paris backstreet.
Two in our part had quiche. Both said it was the best quiche they have ever had!
Fantastic food and ambiance, but just OK service. Still a great bistro for French cuisine or brunch.
Excellent, as always. I had my favorite, the croque monsieur, which I recommend to one and all. The prune-armagnac ice cream was heavenly.
The server we had was EXCELLENT and the food was delicious as always. Thankfully the food and our server made the experience nice overall. The croissants and brunch are always on point.
Hostess was rude and disrespectful. She didn’t listen to me when I arrived to check in and to explain the difficulty and confusion on their part with my reservation and later I had to straighten out the same issue with her simply because she didn’t listen in the first place - a mistake they made with the reservation and she was very rude and acted as if it was my fault. Her final veiled smile didn’t convince me she was being helpful. It’s not my fault they made me a second reservation.
We were at CC for an early Monday night dinner before a nearby concert....so things were delightfully quiet....but the staff were fully alert as if cooking for an awards judgement. The "happy hour" hors d'oeuvres were magnificent, and wonderfully modest price-wise. The Pork Rillettes and Pate Sandwiches were delightful, and the night special "pan fried fresh Alaskan Sockeye Salmon" was outstanding, and cooked exactly as we specified (I like mine seared black on the outside and almost raw on the inside)....and so was a special treat even here in the Salmon Capital of the USA. Our waitress recommended a light but fully tanniny Pinot Noir which was the perfect complement. We'll be back soon.
Lovely little french bistro in Post Alley near the market! The food and service was wonderful, perfect lunch/bruch spot!
Stopped in for brunch and the food and service was great! I had the crab quiche, which was delicious. My husband ordered an omelette and my kids split the lamb burger, pomme frites and some sausage. I also enjoyed a cocktail, which was perfect. Everyone was happy! A lovely little spot in Post Alley!
Always a must stop when I am in Seattle. The service is professional and friendly. I have not had anything on the menu that I didn't enjoy. Sunday brunch is great too!
We had reservations and were seated promptly. Staff genuinely gracious and attentive. Food was fabulous! Eggs, light, not overly seasoned, melt in your mouth! Loved the brioche raisin bread! Crispy outside and warm inside.
5 stars fir a reason. They earned it!
It was absolutely delightful and every bite was to be savored. I fear that we were the loudest thing program I don't think we know this patient but I do have the results for you was absolutely delightful and every bite was to be favored. I fear that we were the loudest thing in the place. It was absolutely wonderful. Thank you.
Wonderful birthday celebration! Delicious food, excellent service, and a Paris ambiance. What could be better?
We went for an anniversary brunch. We honeymooned in Paris so we wanted to re-create the experience of alfresco dining on a sunny day at a Parisian café. They succeeded in meeting our expectations.... OK, the beautiful weather and the happy tourists going by our table were a little out of their control but they get full credit for the "lick-the-crumbs-off the-plate-to get all of the goodness" crab quiche that we ordered. The lightly-dressed green salad that accompanied the quiche was just like I remembered from my French mother's table... except this version had better greens. The wait staff was a little disorganized but we came an hour before they were going to close to prepare for Bastille Day so I give them some slack. We'll be back.
I’ve been wanting to try Cafe Campagne for years and took the opportunity of having company from Boston to finally go. The experience was everything I hoped for and more. The service was stellar, food was amazing, and my dirty martini was awesome.
Excellent service and food!
We were there for summer weekday brunch. The house-made sausage was great but the baguette was not fresh.
Bistro food with American portions! I started with their delicious pate which was huge and probably would have sufficed for the night. Our other starter was a delicious red leaf lettuce salad perfectly dressed with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. One of us had the steak frites, the other the duck confit, both were delicious. Slightly aggravating was the effect of bistro seating--we sat next to a boisterous couple who practically drowned out our own conversation which detracted from the fun of the evening.
Food was fantastic, setting is cute and cozy, service was impeccable. So glad Kaylan is still working there, he is a great server and couldn’t ask for more. Loved the asparagus avocado special! Yummmmm
Wonderful omelets, croissants, mochas and sipping chocolate. Wonderful, attentive service. Thank you.
This restaurant is charming and has a cozy but not cramped feel. The decor is that of a typical french bistro, but the atmosphere was fun, not intimidating or stuffy.
As for dress code, some people were dressed in their Sunday best and some were in blue jeans, but the vibe there was accepting of all.
The hostess had a smile on her face and was pleasant. There were no snooty french restaurant waiters here! All of the waitstaff had smiles on their faces and seemed to be having a good time throughout the evening.
Our server was particularly good. He was very pleasant and gave us the right amount of time between sitting down, getting us drinks, and taking our order. We did not feel rushed, suffocated or ignored throughout our dinner.
I had the Salmon. It was very good so I recommend it. My husband and I split the escargot and they were delicious! Just like I remember having in Paris many years back.
I would recommend this restaurant for Foodies, Romantic Nights out or friends, but not families with young children.
Very slow service by inappropriately dressed Servers. After ordering food was served 30 minutes later after others who arrived after us.
Food was disappointing and not up to standards of previous visits. Disappointed.
We live in Portland Oregon and anytime we are in Seattle we always come at least once in our visit. The service is top notch as well as the food.
Always the BEST service!
A lovely little French cafe, almost takes one back to Paris. My husband absolutely loved the chicken that was well worth the wait. Steak frites was very tasty as well.
We truly enjoyed our brunch at Cafe Campagne. We're celebrating Father's day and my husband was so impressed with the food and service. We had a great time and definitely come again for dinner soon.
Great food.great service.
Best service, best food, best experience at Cafe Campagne in a long time
Brunch on the terrace on a beautiful sunny Sunday. The food was excellent as usual. We nabbed the last two croissants and a great cocktail to go with it!
The place was packed with Saturday night tourists. Nonetheless, we had outstanding, prompt service. The steak frittes didn’t disappoint and the salmon was cooked to perfection. A great date night spot.
