Service was a bit slow, but they also had just released a new menu, so the staff was probably getting used to it. The live music was lovely and the food is fantastic. It's a little pricey for Tucson, but delicious. More

Loved everything about this restaurant. Went for lunch. Had artichoke and spinach dip with gluten-free baguette as well as gluten-free pizza. It was fabulous. Brought home pizza that we weren't able to eat. Even the leftovers hours later were great. Plan to make this our go-to spot. More

As always, our meals were excellent. But it’s not just the food. It’s the location, the views, the charming staff, the friendly valet parking attendants, who greet us by name, the magnificent ladies at the front desk in the bar — warm, friendly, attentive & insightful, who clearly work quite hard, while continuing to great and escort us to our table. Vivace Restaurant is a smoothly operating mechanism, a respite from our increasingly challenging world. As regular patrons, showing up to dine forty to fifty times a year, it’s easy to select a favorite meal, skipping the menu. But the thoughtfully designed selections are well worthy of perusal, particularly the seafood offerings. This truly is a great restaurant, run right! Yeah, we’ll be back. More

I have eaten at Feast since the place first opened and had a takeaway counter. I have enjoyed every meal I have eaten there. My last visit was no exception. First, the wine values are significant. Feast has one of the best wine lists in town, and it is all very fairly priced. The tempranillo we had was perfect for our meal, and we simply really liked it. Doug and his team are great at remembering what you like, and can make great recommendations for something new to enjoy. All of us in my party were completely happy with our food, too. The softshell crab dish had a crazy delicious honey drizzle that my friend drag her finger across her plate so that she left none behind. My other friend had the scallop strawberry salad and was very happy with that, commenting on the refreshing quality of the combination of ingredients. I had a simple dish of chicken and grits. The grits were so delicious, creamy and flavorful, and they were simply well done grits! The chicken itself was very well prepared and had a tasty glazey-sauce that complemented the creamy grits really well. We always go to Feast for our celebration of things large or small, and we are always glad to have dined there. More

Discover Tucson

Considering that Tucson is the birthplace of the chimichanga, it should come as no surprise that Mexican restaurants are prolific in this city. Tucson falls right on the edge of the Sonoran Desert, and the cooking style in the city represents what's popular throughout this desert region. Sonoran dishes are typically based on beans, corn tortillas, cheese, peppers, and meat. Of course, although Tucson is distinctly Sonoran, it is also American, and that means you're sure to find a melting pot of cuisines within the city. When you're ready to branch out from Southwestern fare, try seafood or steak. Thin-crust pizza hits the spot when you want a familiar dish, and to top off your meal, homemade gelato is a local favorite.
