I had the vegetarian tasting menu, which was both delicious and beautiful to look at! The service was first rate.

Very good food (small selection of Tasting menus only) but not cheap. Sommelier selection chosen to go with food was pricey too & quality underwhelming.

We had the surprise tasting menu. Each course was stunning. Small courses, but so many of them. Felt so full. Staff so polite and helpful. Fantastic experience....everyone should try it!

The Suprise 6 course tasting menu was sublime in every way. Great ambiance and excellent service. I would have loved to know more about each course from the waitress but it didn’t temper the experience. This is one of the few restaurants in Jersey I would go back to.

Fantastic meal, had the chef's surprise taster menu which was full of exceptional dishes and excellent wine pairings, a real food adventure. Exemplary service and very pleasant surroundings.

When dinner costs £360 for two you do expect everything to be fantastic. Bohemia is undoubtedly a very good restaurant – perhaps even the best in Jersey – but we were a rather disappointed with some aspects of our dinner there this week.

The food itself is hard to fault, but perhaps only two of the courses on the tasting menu were truly stand-out dishes for us. More troubling really was the service. Various people attended our table with varying degrees of effectiveness and pleasantness. As we sat down we asked to see a cocktail menu and then were left alone for about 10 minutes until we had to ask again. Separately, the wine waiter managed to pour our wine so aggressively (!) that the wine splashed out of the glasses – he was really the worst offender. Yet another waiter was curt with every interaction. Only one waitress (French and I can't remember her name) was delightful every time she came to our table.

Sadly, we were left with the impression the restaurant didn't care about us. I don't think it's unfair to compare our experience to the best we've had in London – given the cost – and Bohemia just didn't quite cut it.
