Bohemia Restaurant has held a Michelin star for 16 years. It has an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere with a chic, lively bar, cocktail garden roof terrace, and intimate dining room, which is equally suited for a romantic dinner as a glamorous night out. Bohemia chef Callum Graham's career has taken him from Geneva to Paris and London before taking over at Bohemia and has featured on Master Chef the Professionals and was part of the team at Bohemia that was awarded the first-ever 5 Rosettes in the Channel Islands. Callum brings a European influence to Bohemia’s food thanks to his time in Paris and Geneva and loves to combine the fantastic local Jersey produce and seafood with the stunning produce from only 14 miles away in France thanks to Jersey’s unique location. Bohemia offers several menus to choose from: à la Carte, tasting, vegetarian tasting, set lunch, 6-course surprise and a signature trio of duck menu

Great experience overall. Octopus was a bit undercooked. Ice cream cones were slightly stale.

Dessert was fantastic.

Would definatley return

Excellent food and service. My partner is dairy intolerant and they catered to her exceptionally well. Was a superb tasting meal with the wine pairing.

This was an eating experience not a fuel stop. The staff were attentive, efficient and pleasant. The food was outstanding matched by a well chosen wine flight. A thoroughly enjoyable evening.

Visited Bohemia yesterday as my wife and I are on holiday in Jersey and had heard good things.
The food was exceptional, as you’d expect from a Michelin starred chef, but what set it apart for us was the service. We live in London and had recently been to a Michelin starred restaurant where a few of the staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour by serving us which really took away from the experience, but our service at Bohemia could not have been better.

Attentive but not pestering, quick but not rushed, each course explained but not over-explained, and just a pleasant vibe throughout. Coupled with the warm ambiance and exceptional food, we honestly can’t fault a thing. Highly recommend to anyone, you’ll feel right at home even if you don’t “do” posh often.

Bill was £290 for the tasting menu for two people, with the additional cheese course and four drinks each. Not cheap, obviously, but you easily can pay a lot more and get a lot less in an awful lot of places.
