Sad they are no longer using Open Table. This app is how I discovered Blackfinn. I always use OpenTable when I am making reservations, so as long as BlackFinn won't be on OpenTable, I won't be dining here. Thankfully there are a few other good choices in the area, and more that aren't as close, but are just as good.

New Years dinner with my friend, food there is great. Service sucked, not only did the waitress put in my order wrong, she never said sorry and gave me attitude. She barely checked up on us and just acted annoyed the whole time. Even though the food is really good, I use to love going here, but it was dead the last few times and we sat in a booth where the padding was a cracked and falling apart. Bathrooms not refilled with paper or soap. I don’t want to go to a place where the food is good but they don’t have money to fix their booths or no one can fill the soap dispensers or paper in a bathroom. I was very disappointed and it was sad. I’m a perks member too

Overall....very nice. I ordered the shrimp and grits and although not like what you get in the south, it was still good. My husband had the ribs which he enjoyed. At first our order came out wrong and partially came out, but it didn’t take long for it to be corrected. We would probably try dining there again.

Breakfast with Santa was awful. Our food was cold, the hostess told us Santa would walk around and sat us in the other room than where Santa was. While visiting Santa our drinks were cleared away. I ordered coffee which was also cold. 75.00 later we left fairly disappointed, the staff was completely unprepared.

Always a great option - either for a fun night out with friends or a family get together. The bar is very inviting and they have great Happy Hour options! Check it out.

New menu with some new items, but mostly it will make it easier to see what beers are on tap. Their extensive beer list is easier to update frequently because the new menu can be printed daily. Blackfinn always meets expectations

Not my type of a place. Plates did not appear clean. I don't appreciate salad mixed in with the dressing. All the food we ate was just ok, nothing to make me go back. Sorry.
