I have always loved going to Black Angus. I have never had a bad steak, it is always cooked the way I like. Their appetizers, salads and desserts are good. The only problem that seems consistent is the warmth of there side dishes. My baked potato was perfect but my broccoli and my husband's mashed potatoes were not warm at all.

Prices keep going up, quantity/ quality go down. Took my parents out for their 58th anniversary and our experience was mediocre at best. They ran out of baked potatoes, my rib eye was lukewarm, overcooked and a half inch thick. When you pay a premium price for a steak it should have some thickness to it. Also, going to dinner should not make the diner feel like their buying a new car. Everything has an upcharge. Want a loaded baked potato? There was a $5 charge to add sour cream, chives, bacon bits and cheese. My parents have been long time Black Angus customers, but last night they decided was their last visit.

Especially helpful from the time we entered the front door and were greeted by Payton, to our sit down meal from beginning through dessert was outstanding. Brin was our waitress and she was top-notch! It was a worry free time of just catching up with our dear old friends.

This was the worse dinner we have had here. Here is a breakdown: wedge salad - about 1/3 of it was brown lettuce. There was no bread given, I don’t remember the excuse. My wife ordered the twin lobster tails- they tasted fishy! She had asparagus- that was super thin and extremely hard - not edible. I had prime rib - unbelievably thin ( I have had breakfast ham steaks that were thicker). My baked potato was 2/3 cooked. Couldn’t eat 1/3 of it - rock hard. Extremely disappointing. We have had many dinners here and have always been very satisfied- not sure if this was an “off day” or the new standard, but I won’t be coming back.

Had no bread for the tables. The Au Gratin potatoes were clearly microwaved. The huge trucks of what was supposed to broccoli, also was very soggy from being microwaved.

Our server was out standing and the special $15.00 steak dinner was great, a couple of things were off though. You no longer get the bread before dinner . The chair had tape on damage, carpets were dirty . Other then that the service and food was great. I hope they continue to have specials as it enticed us to go out to dinner. Overall great job.
