Not A negative review but sad to see that cauliflower appetizer is no longer on the menu. Thanks
My wifes steak was ordered med-well and it came med-rare. The 2nd time, the steak was chared on the ouside and still med-rare on inside. Ordered Augraten potatoes on both meals. One came correct, the other was macaroni cheese. Sat waiting for almost 20 minutes total for 3rd try on steak, when manager came to table to ask what we wanted to do. He offered to comp the uneaten meal and we left.
Food was good, prices have gone up and food portions have gone down.
The food was delicious if a little pricey, but the portions are hearty and you leave full, so that's a plus. Their ribeye is amazing.
Waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious! Always a good meal at Black Angus!
My prime beef was so fatty (pockets of fat) that I only had about 5-6 oz of edible meat. Otherwise it was pretty good
You can't go wrong if you're wanting a great steak. OpenTable made it quick to get in to, short wait on a busy holiday!
Great experience with good food! Our server was a amazing and attentive on this busy Fathers Day!
I told the server I had food allergies and could have no sour cream, one bite of my dinner sent me to the restroom, I had noticed a little bit of white cream on the guacamole however I learned to late it was just scope off. The server kept asking if there was something else she could get for me and I said no, already too sick to eat. You might also want to tone down the crease on the quesadillas and overcooking it as well. Did not make for a real happy fathers day for my hubby.
Went for Father's Day, but we had an early dinner so no waiting. Service was very good. Steaks had a lot of fat and gristle and shrimp was overcooked. Not really a great meal for the price.
Black Angus has it all. Good cuts of meat, seafood, good salads and big portions. They have big booths with privacy, long term food servers. I would rather save money and eat here than at overpriced steak restaurants.
Celebrated Fahers day. Great food, great service, everyone was happy
We frequently have dinner and it always wonderful and the staff is very friendly
Steak was tough and over cooked. Service was superb.
My group of 8 had a quiet cozy corner. The space was a tad squishy for our group. The only issue was that it was so secluded that our server had difficulty making the rounds to us. She did a very good job given our party size and location. The food is always so good, and the lunch values are good, especially since we were able to use coupons. We'll be back. Black Angus is our go to restaurant when we want a quiet delicious meal.
The camp fire feast for 2 is a great deal, specially if you get a coupon ($47)!!!
Black Angus has coupons that are sent to me every now and then, so we took advantage of one of them for our Anniversary celebration on June 11. We've always thought that the food at Black Angus was delicious, although a little on the expensive end, but the coupons really make our dining experience very good. I would recommend Black Angus to my friends and aquaintences. We've also had very good service starting from the moment we walk in the door.
Great waiter. Food was spot on. My wife loves the salmon with a side of their teriyaki sauce
Noise because just the table behind us was very loud.
I own a business and I always have customers asking about a good restaurant and I will let them know 110% what a wonderful place and how you can talk with yelling.
I want to thank our wonderful waitress (sorry can't remember her name) for being so kind and making my mom feel so wonderful on her 80th birthday. She really helped us celebrate a very special lady on her very special day. Not only was our food cooked to perfection but we didn't feel rushed the whole time we were there. We were able to sit and enjoy spending time together. Thank you again for making my mom's birthday so wonderful.
Steak delicious, perfectly done, Lobster great. Service very good.
Dinner was good. Service not so much.
Our server Kalos was super! My wife remarked it was the best steak she has tasted in a long time. The whole staff was excellent - From the manager to the busser, it was a team. Manager brought out hot plates if our server was waiting on other guests. The busser was great; regularly going by and quietly removing empty dishes without the distraction of a buss tray. We always enjoy Black Angus but this was our best visit to date. Thank you!
Great meal. Seated within 5 minutes. Wait staff was courteou and helpful
Always a favorite!
It was our Anniversary and wanted to celebrate... The waiter was nice and the food was okay. We had the Campfire meal and we had the half bbq rack & chicken but the chicken was so dry. The mashed potatoes was so plain good thing my waiter recommended butter with garlic that made it okay. But you serve mashed potatoes with no gravy the kind of blows my mind. We had the wagon sampler and that was great along with my filet mignon, mac and cheese. So hit and miss I guess.
Over priced noisy and food not that great anymore ;(
Steak was great! service was rushed. Cheesecake was not good.
we went there for a birthday dinner. The food was great and the service was excellent. a little pricey but we got two meals out of it - so all good!
Service was great, steak and lobster was great. Seems like every time we go they keep getting better and better.
Everyone that works there was great, friendly and helpful. Had a good sized group and was not rushed to leave. We stayed and talked, the servers came by to refill our waters and coffee (5 stars). Salads are great, Only wish the Fish and Chips had a lot less breading.
11st time to Black Angus in over 10 years
Went to the Federal way location. We had a reservation made via Open Table about 2 hours prior to our arrival. Seated promptly at 4:45 since we were heading to Seattle for a 7:30 show. Walk-ins there ahead of us were waiting but we got priority. The restaurant itself is dated and sometimes shabby looking. I noticed tape over tear in some of the cloth seating areas. And the tape itself was old and peeling off. Our server, Rebecca, was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive without being over bearing. The food was good, what I remember from previous visits to Black Angus restaurants. The restaurant was not crowded that early in the evening, but I could clearly hear other diners' conversations. During busy times. I would imagine it can get quite loud.
Good too. Service was really good, too. Usual decor and noise.
The food was very subpar. We’d never been to this restaurant, but needed a last minute Mother’s Day reservation in the area and decided to give it a shot. My husband ordered a grossly overpriced prime rib (based on quality) that was unlike any prime rib I’d seen before; it was a very small cut and maybe half an inch thick. He commented that the petite sirloin on my salad looked more substantial than his steak, which it did, while his was twice as expensive. My steak salad was just okay. I will say that my mother’s bacon cheeseburger looked good, but unfortunately that’s really the only positive comment I have to offer.
Service was slow, brought our food out but forgot about our Mom's order, had to flag them down to bring it to their attention. Ordered prime rib medium rare, it was rare, no butter for my lobster. We understand it was a busy day with limited menu, but they should have got the order right.
We come here about once a week, the felet was over cooked and the prime rib was 40% pure fat and wasted. I told the waiter it was over cooked an he said sorry about that. Just sucks when you spend 100$ and the food was really poor this time, i get that it was mother's day and busy but that doesnt mean you can drop the ball
LOVE MY BLACK ANGUS!! THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE BY FAR!!
