   Total experience was okay. Food was good and service was good. I go to hibachi for the food but also for the show and interaction between the chef and guests was just okay for hibachi. Some guests were finished with their meal while others had not gotten their entree meal yet.

   The food was great. Service was good. Our chef, Efrain, was very entertaining and we had a nice view of the River. Definitely going back. Little improvements in every area and it could be five star no doubt!

   I believe our chef was definitely an apprentice that needed a lot more experience. A lot of the food was overcooked and the timing of delivery was not appropriate. Everyone was about finished with their meal before we ever got our onions and zucchini. He did not have the correct amount of rice to serve all seven of us at the table. And had to go back for more. His presentation lacked a lot of confidence and he spoke so softly we could not even hear him or understand him.

   Went for my birthday. Enjoy my dinner , the chef was excellent. Food was well prepared, well seasoned much better than the last time we went in December 2022.

   As usual the food was perfect. The Chef in finding that one person at the table is allergic to shrimp made the correct decision in fixing the seafood last so there would not be cross contamination and the person would not have any problems. We will be going back.

   The food and service were excellent. Benihana always provides a memorable experience and this visit was no exception. This location is our favorite due to the great view overlooking the water. There is plenty of parking.

   Food and service were very good. However area around the table and floor were dirty. Rice and other things. We were there relatively early for dinner so this stuff was there way before we got there

    Had 7:15 res seated us 30 minutes later at wrong table Waited another 10 minutes and seated by server that had no experience Request soy sauce and it took 8 minutes before I could eat my first dish Chef was OK but place is dirty

    Place is looking pretty run down outside. Inside still looks ok, true to form and nice to see the water if you have a good seat to see out the windows. Food was good overall. Lobster, shrimp, filet, and scallops very good. Hibachi steak was not so good, fatty with grizzle. Chicken… ok Fried rice, lacking flavor. Rainbow roll - very good Ginger salad and onion soup, good. A refresh on the building and property is badly needed. A bit more of an upbeat and engaging experience would surely make dining here a better experience. They didn’t seem to be having any issues filling the hibachi tables though. I would say the experience was comparable to Saitos down in West Palm.

    In my opinion, no one visits Benihana for the food, but for the experience. The food is average at best. Always overcooked no matter asked the temperature- seafood and steaks. But the service and experience with waterline sunsets makes it worth the dollar.

    Not so impressed but the view is amazing. The restaurant is crowded, outdated, and a bit grimy. The food is just ok -- definitely not worth the price.

    I had specific request on how I wanted my food prepared. I know hibachi foods are cooked in lots of butter and oil. I requested that my food be prepared without the fats. The waitress and cook was very accommodating. The cook made it a point to prepare my meal first. I was very pleased. Thank you very much!

    I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years including when I was a kid and birthdays for all of my children. Last night was a special birthday and we haven’t been in a while but we figured it would be the best hibachi restaurant to make it special. For $360 including tip and no alcohol, I was a little disappointed. The food was good, not what I would expect for that cost. The chef was nice and good enough, but for this level of dining, I would expect more skill and entertainment especially compared to the way it used to be. The man at the front desk wasn’t very friendly especially considering the cost. Several dishes and pieces of silverware were dirty that were brought to the table and had to be replaced. They claim there is a dress code and we were very careful to make sure we read the guidelines, but we saw multiple people not following the guidelines so if you’re not going to enforce, then don’t have the rule. Overall, we had a good time, but $150-200 worth of value. I will find a different hibachi for our next special occasion. We won’t be going back.

    It has been many years since visiting a Benihana and I was pleasantly surprised. Had a nice time and food was pretty good. Parking at that place is however strait out of clown school.

    The place was dirty coming up the steps into the dining room. The grill was dirty with dripping grease and the fan above was disgusting - a little paint goes a long way. Our chef was OK, not much of a show or overly friendly but then again it was 3:00pm. The whole dinner from start to finish was an hour. Food was good but not flavorful as we have had before at other hibachi places. Benihana Stuart needs an update - same decor for years!

    We’ve eaten at this restaurant many times over the years, but if tonight would’ve been the first time we ate here, I would not be going back. The chef burned all of the food, and had no idea what he was doing and the waitress was rude and gave extremely poor service. We went the entire meal without receiving a single refill. Then the manager said it was his fault because he had her in a different area like that makes a difference. I’m really hoping the next time we go. It will be a better experience all around.

    The food was great but we ordered a steak and lobster combo... chef made the lobster and we never ended up getting it. He gave it to someone else at the table apparently. Didnt notice right away because they had given us those pieces of shrimp they always give out and we were distracted with our toddlers and realized it half way through the meal when the chef was gone. We didnt get one of our drinks and my 5 year olds food (not part of hibachi) didnt make it until after everyone started eating. It was also spicy which was weird for being a kid's chicken nugget meal.

    We had Chef Beatrice and she was very good. I had what I would consider my usual the Surfside, it is so good and has three of my favorites which i can get for a great price. And we love the different drink bowls for two.

    I visited this restaurant for my 18th birthday and wanted to bring my daughter for her. The place was pretty dusty and dirty. Our server and chef were nice, but no one seemed happy to be there. The host staff was very rude. The filet was very fatty and I wish I had gotten chicken. Overall, I do not think we will be back.

    Our server was great and so was our chef. My complaint is that we didn’t know that a 9nounce pour was so expensive and also our lobster was way over cooked.
