The chef seemed new and she was a bit slow, her tricks were sub par as well. Food was saltier than normal as well.

Outstanding lunch again yesterday at one of my favorite Benihana locations. It started off just a bit rocky when the hostess failed to "close" the table but the server quickly recovered by bringing my an extra soup. The salad was very fresh, soup was piping hot, and all of my food was grilled to prefection just like I like it with extra garlic butter was requested. The service by Shawn was outstanding, I never had to ask for a drink refill and the restaurant was exceptionally lievly yesterday with 3 different birthday parties celebrated during my visit! As always, I will be back soon!

Came for birthday - server even asked, I also noted on reservation. He never came to sing happy birthday to her. Birthday girl ordered steak and shrimp and he got her filet mignon and shrimp which we didn’t order but obviously paid for. Not coming back

Our waitress just made my birthday celebration very lackluster. I could tell she didn't want to sing. She was very hesitant, and didn't ask anyone to help her. It was dismal at best. She seemed very disconnected with our entire table throughout our dining experience.

They have an open dining room that was very crowded and extremely loud! Food was just passable and overpriced for what you get. The quality and ambiance were not satisfactory, we will not be returning.

Came for my birthday and was accommodated greatly. I didn’t want to sit with the family table and the server understood and moved me to a private area. I still got the birthday celebration. The food was amazing. My server made sure all my dietary restrictions were met and my extras were given.

Having a reservation didn’t seem to make any difference. When we arrived, the hostess told us we could sit anywhere and simply handed us the menus. There were seven of us, so we had to move and arrange the tables ourselves. The entire experience was disappointing. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and after that, the waiter never came back to check on us. We had to track someone down ourselves just to get our drinks refilled. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and having a reservation did not improve the experience at all. Very disappointing
