Everything about my experience was similar to a typical hibachi restaurant. One of the things I particularly didn’t like, was the fact that it took FOREVER to eat. I watched tables that arrived after mine, start enjoying their food, while ours was still in the process of being cooked. By the time all of the food was on my plate, my rice was no longer hot. Then, not even five minutes after everyone started eating, to-go containers and checks were being brought to the table. The ice cream hadn’t even been served yet. Everything (except the food being made) felt rushed. And to top it all off, my waitress kept forgetting things we had just told her. She came back with incorrect drinks, kept re-asking questions we’d just answered, and returned to the table without items we’d just asked for. Although the food was decent, the portions seemed a bit skimpy compared to the tables around us. Overall, my experience was decent; nothing extravagant. Not sure if I’d return.

Our chef was really good, and our waitress was really nice. The staff sung “Happy Birthday” to us at the table, and the ice cream was delicious

By far, the worst service I have ever received, honestly, in my life. We sat at a table for over an hour without even getting a glass of water. No one came over to see if or what we wanted to drink after the server finally came over again after an hour. He greeted us with a horrible attitude. He informed us that the kitchen did not want to do their job. He also informed us that he did not care. The cook came out and began preparing the food, which he did a decent job at that, but the food was not good. Things that were supposed to come with certain entrées did not come with certain entrées. The soup was served cold, again, overall, just the worst service I have ever received in a dining experience, and it was for my birthday, which made it even worse. Do not patronize Benihana and Buckhead, Atlanta, Georgia.

It was a weird vibe there. The music was so loud we could not hear our server speak to us so I asked to have it turned down. The staff was good and trained well but I felt like I was in a warehouse because there was some construction half completed and the restaurant is void of decor. I will not go back and will not recommend this to anyone.

This restaurant should be torn down and rebuilt as its old and the HVAC system appears to have some issues as there were visible signs of make shift plastic ventilation. We had a reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated others at our table had earlier reservations and had been waiting for 1.5 hours before they were seated. They were short staffed with servers and cooks and there were other tables ahead of us that were waiting on a chef. Given the environment, wait time and limited staffing we chose to leave. If you’re thinking about dining here don’t. For the money you can definitely find better.

It was too loud with the music. Management staff was standing around and just looking around, the cook didnt get my veggies order correct so i didnt get any veggies. The Yum Yum sauce was too vinegary.
