You know a staycation isn’t complete without eating GOOD and @barrelandbushel definitely understood the assignment. For dinner, we started with the trio of dips and mussels before making our way to the salmon, lamb chops and steak bites. The salmon was hands down my favorite.. but those cheesecake egg rolls?! Get them. And because one dessert is never enough, we had the bread pudding too. They also had an amazing selection of both wine and beer and craft cocktails and cocktails 🍸 Then somehow we woke up ready to do it all over again for breakfast. We had the prosciutto & melon, yogurt bowl, smoked salmon and fried chicken because balance. 🤭 The best part? All of this was right downstairs at @hyattregencytysons . No reservations across town and no leaving the hotel…just good food, a glass (or two 🥂), and right back upstairs..or a couple of stops at @shoptysons 😉 Stay. Sip. Dine. Repeat. 📍 Barrel & Bushel | Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Tyson’s Corner, VA #barrelandbushel #tysons #hyattregency #eloquentepicurist #dmvfood

A staycation, but make it fashion. 🥂🛍️ @hyattregencytysons recently completed a $13 million transformation, including a redesign of all 300 guest rooms including 18 suites with a chic “From Runway to Room” concept and the details are giving fashion meets hospitality. From couture-inspired textures and stylish design touches to our spacious King suite with floor-to-ceiling views, this was the perfect little luxury escape without leaving the DMV. And the location? 👌🏾 Directly connected to @shoptysons , steps from the Metro, and home to @barrelandbushel where we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner during our stay. Basically: stay, sip, dine & shop all in one weekend. 🥂🛍️✨ 📍 Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center Tysons, VA Would you book this for your next DMV staycation? 👀 #HyattRegency #TysonsCorner #VisitVirginia #DMVStaycation #LuxuryStaycation
