   my hubby had the best pork chop he's ever tasted and i had one piece of verrrry good salmon. This was an unexpected treat as we expected just average fare. We intend to return in the future

   I drive past Bar Lucca every day and decided we would celebrate our anniversary dinner there. Overall our experience was outstanding. We dined on the early side as we had a previous engagement afterward and were the first for the dinner service. We started with the cheese plate, and it did not disappoint. We each enjoyed a good cocktail, but a bit expensive since one of them was mostly ice. For our entrees, we had the gnocchi and the pappardelle. From the minute you start, you can taste the freshness of the pasta and the ingredients. Both were very unique and flavorful. The pappardelle dish was a huge portion that we could enjoy as a treat the next day! We finished with the lemon cake and the trio of gelato. Both were very flavorful, and again you could taste the freshness. I highly recommend the cinnamon gelato! Our only negatives centered on the service and the ambiance. Do not get me wrong, the overall service was great. However, our entrees were rushed out before we were even halfway through our appetizer. A little bit more time would have been appreciated. Our other negative regarding the service was the constant pushing of cocktails. Our server asked no less than 5 times about the cocktail menu, getting a cocktail, etc. Once it was clear we were not having another drink, it appeared that their frequency of checking in on us diminished. Possibly because the restaurant was starting to fill up, they passed our table several times and did not check-in. We took that as no more cocktails= smaller tip. However, we did tip very well. Maybe it was just us. Our only other negative was the volume of the music. Very loud, thus as the place filled up, people were getting louder to talk over it. This is not the only restaurant that has this issue. Just pointing it out as something to work on. We will definitely be back, especially now that we know they are also family-friendly.

   Food was out of this world!! Four stars on food!! But AC wasn’t holding up, very warm inside. Waitress wasn’t the best. Noise level wasn’t great- way too loud. Acoustics plus music playing made it difficult to talk at table. I’d return when temp outside is cooler.

   The food is delicious, the drinks amazing and the service remarkable. Fionna was super kind and always being sure we were enjoying our dinner. Bar Lucca is a must!

   One of the best meals we’ve ever had. From the delicious cocktails, large portion sized apps- must try the meatballs, incredible short rib pasta, salmon dish, and olive oil cake dessert…can’t say enough great things about Bar Lucca. Staff friendly and ambience inviting.

    Menu has changed, appetizers overly spicy without reason. Red wine was not appropriately cellared (too warm). Service was excellent. Parking was easy.

    I love bar Lucca but I hate to say they removed the best item from their menu… their original bucatini pasta dish. It was heartbreaking and the back up options just do not compare. I will most likely check the menu before making another reservation - prayingg they bring it back!

    But got pasta dishes and both were under cooked. I like al dente but this wasnt cooked long enough. I would have rather waited another three minutes for it.

    Horrible. We were seated and never waited on even though we repeatedly asked for a server. We eventually got up and left. We went to the Pub and even though their kitchen had just closed, we explained what happened to us at your restaurant and they graciously fed us. I will never dine at any of your establishments again.

    Always good good, but portions seem to have shrunk. Great staff. I normally go for business lunches, but did a date night here. Terrible acoustics, it's incredibly loud when busy. I was shouting across a tiny table to talk to my wife. Really took away from the experience.

    Modern restaurant with upscale rustic décor. The food is delicious and visually appealing. Portions sizes are appropriate and the service is exceptional. Would recommend and go back in a heartbeat.

    Went here for a spontaneous date and loved it! We were recommended from the seasonal Rose & Sparkling list which turned out to be fantastic. We ordered the Mussels & Arancini for starters which were both delicious. I had the diver scallops for dinner and couldn’t stop gushing about how perfectly they were cooked. Everything tasted so fresh and was paired perfectly. Overall, our experience and the food at Bar Lucca exceeded our expectations!

    Restaurant itself was beautiful! We sat on the outside patio and it was great! Our server had Italian history and was a delight. Would highly recommend for any occasion. The food and drinks were out of this world!

    Order the Fried Eggplant Starter - it is lovely! Lily was our wonderful server. We weren't interested in dessert until she started describing the olive oil cake. We didn't hesitate and we weren't disappointed. It was everything she promised and then some.

    Our server was the best! She was so sweet and made sure everything we had was perfect! For a drink I love the cider they have there! For food the Brussel sprouts and calamari are a must! Of course all the pasta is fresh and amazing!

    Although the short rib pizza was quite tasty, I like a little heat (spice) so I added red pepper flakes. I enjoyed my basil lemon drop immensely. Aaron is an incredibly attentive server with a great sense of humor. Perfect weather. Great food. Good drinks. Perfect first date!
