Nous avons commander des pizzas, ils étaient trop cuites (brulée en dessous). Nous avons dû nous resservir du vin. Le service était de base sans plus. Nous n’avons pas eu nos point privilèges. Je sais que les employés sont en négociations, le client ne devrait pas être pris en otage. Pour ses raisons je ne recommande pas le restaurant en ce moment.

Was a great supper experience even though the staff are in negotiations for their contract so they were not dressed as usual but in jeans and construction like fests which I found tacky but to each their own to be honest. The service was great our waitress was friendly and the food was good well worth the value compared to other restaurant which is over priced

I had to call the waiter because I founded a large peace of plastic in my lasagna. The plate has been taken off and replace by a new one (without plastic inside). The service has been very good and I have not been charged for the meal.

It was a great experience. Our waiter was very attentive. There was an issue with the system and our orders weren’t registered correctly. When they realized that our meals would be slightly late, they comped all of our drinks, meals and offered free dessert! Very client-centric.

The meals were simply Devine!! Kudos to the chef! We celebrated our friend Ruth's Bachelorette party. She had never been to the casino nor this restaurant prior...both my sister and I have been several times and the food is always exceptional, thank you.

bien , on voit bien qu,il y a un peu de tension avec les employés ,du aux négociations et de voir les employés sans leur habit laisse un peu perplexe l,attitude qui règne ,malheureusement ça fait moins chic de voir les employés ainsi vêtus ,ça fait un peu moins professionnel mais la nourriture est toujours excellente et le service très passable malgré la situation , nous avons été habitués à plus . Mais étant donné la situation je n'ai pas grand chose de négatif à redire merci de votre accueil et au plaisir de se revoir bientôt merci pou tout

Only one disapointment : The Banco Bistro restaurant could not give points to the Casino privilege fidelity card. Because of computer glitches. They have this problem since the beginning of April 2023. We ate there in April 2023, and I never received the points. At least, this time, the restaurant's employee told us to go to the casino's customer service to get the the points.

This is a great place with a great atmosphere . The food quality is OK. A glitch though !!! When I asked the waiter for bread , he replied that it was $ 1.25 extra. That was fine with me until he brought me a SO SMALL "CIABATTA" bread I had to open my eyes wide to see it 3"X3" ... height was apprx. 2". REALLY ??? do you people wants to have a good laugh at us. HOW INSULTING WAS THIS ??? I'm 79 years young and have owned 5 restaurants in my life , and believe me I would have never , ever even tried of presenting this to any of my patrons... OH ! NO ! unless if it was for a JOKE or if I wanted to insult them .

Ambiance and food were good. When server brought food, I asked for aioli for my fries. The server's very quick response was they will charge extra for that. Not the response I was expecting and really inappropriate. If I am asking for something extra, I expect to pay for it. Dessert: my friend and I did not care for the desserts that were available. They had ice cream that was served with one of the desserts so I asked the waiter if I could have just a scoop of ice cream for dessert. The waiter said no. WHAT? No, management will not allow it. Unbelievable - I cannot have and pay for one scoop of ice cream... Well, that's a shame and it was reflected in the waiter's tip. FYI - this waiter was a seasoned waiter and has been at the restaurant for many years.

Our visit to Banco was the choice of my friend for her Birthday and to play in the Casino afterwards so it was all very convenient for everyone. The food was very good - it always is! I have celebrated occasions at Banco many, many time (before Covid) and we all miss the Brunch Buffet - it was always the perfect excuse to meet up with friends at the Casino

C’était la fête à mon garçon donc je l’ai enmener manger au banco, je n’ai jamais demander qu’il nous apporte un gâteau pour le dessert. Le serveur es arriver avec un dessert avec une chandelle dessus donc j’étais sous l’impression que c’était une courtoisie du resto mais non, j’ai été charger 8$ pour un dessert que nous avions même pas demander donc j’ai trouver cela décevant et injuste. Une arnaque quoi.

The server was very good but when we received the order, the kitchen team had put a coleslaw with mayonnaise even though the server had specifically indicated my allergy. When I received my second plate, they served me the incorrect fries, as per the order.
