   Meat was tough to eat, salmon was not well cooked, eggs, cheeses, smoked salmon and okra soup were good, deserts were good. At the beginning we could not find the egg station, a young lady that could have been an assistant manage, she explain the on “this side “ there are no eggs…we told her how surprised we were to have a $95 branch without eggs…she sort of run away…few minutes later we found what appeared to be the floor manager who direct us to the egg station…you could train employees to know where things are. Bread, rolls, croissants seemed old. W In late 90’s we had branch at the same hotel and it was first class…what happed to you?

   The manager was so friendly and accommodating. He was so pleasant and kind. The food was superb and the extra detail of having a dessert for my daughter and son in law the day after their wedding at the Westin just made them feel so special! Thank you for the attention to detail.

   Disappointing to say the least. Not an upscale brunch which is what we expected. Read several brunch recommendations and this was advertised as quality food including a variety from beef tenderloin to sushi as well as bottomless mimosas. Nothing like that existed in this restaurant and when we asked the server about the difference in what we’d read she seemed confused and brought me a menu and said we serve filet a dinner time, you read the wrong menu. I again explained I had not read any menu but decided to stop with that. She clearly didn’t understand what I was asking. Honestly the breakfast buffet at the Embassy Suites was much better quality and they at least had omelettes made to order. The Westin offered premade scrambled eggs. Don’t waste your time or money thinking you will get an upscale Sunday brunch. You won’t!!!!

   This was the worst dining experience I can remember in years. I ordered a chop salad with salmon and was told by the waitress that they were low on salmon so they could only give me salmon if I ordered the salmon entree (the salad + salmon was $27 - salmon entree had two sizes smaller size at $24, larger at $30). When I explained that I was Gluten-Free and that there was very little on the menu for me to choose she said she would ask Chef and get back to me. After that 2 different managers came out to patronize me and lie to me about why I could not have salmon on my salad. I gave up and ordered a shrimp cocktail, which was disgusting. The shrimp was mushy. Seriously. Mushy. In addition to all that, it took over an hour to get our wine and our food, and the chairs were too low for the table (and uncomfortable). The only bright spot in the evening was our waitress Hayley... she was lovely and did her best to help make the best of a ridiculous situation.

   Excellent, Accommodating Service. Even though several in our group arrived late, our server went out of her way to make each person feel welcome. She brought menus & drinks immediately. Very nice selection of breakfast foods, even for those with special dietary needs. Relaxing atmosphere, overlooking the river.

    They did not have omelettes. The sunny side up egg I ordered never arrived. They did not have almond milk or oatmilk. Only regular or decaf coffee, no specialty coffees. In the end, I was underwhelmed and expect more from a Westin.

    Our server Trudy was fabulous. The property is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The view is very nice and we were able to watch a riverside wedding below us. Upscale option to the crazier downtown restaraunts.

    I only give a review when the intent is to help improve. So here goes. The food was good When I made the reservation online right away the website said I only had 4' 3-" to complete the reservation. That was not true but only a wat to speed up the reserving process. Not good. A turn off. At the reception there was no smile, but a good able . We can all smile! The food was very good and well presented. When it came time for the check, it was too complicated for the staff. They could not divide it up as we wished. Other restaurants can do this. Overall it was good food, I would go back, but the staff needs training.

    We asked for more rolls and were told they were out. Ordered Chevis Regal scotch and was told they were out. Not stocked too well for “high class restaurant,” it took 10 minutes to bring another brand well after wife was served wine. Also came in at 3:30 from our trip and unable to eat in restaurant except at bar. Very disappointing, as we hadn’t eaten all day and were looking forward to a good lunch and couldn’t find one on hotel premises. No lunch available on room service. We finally settled for a hot dog at the golf shack—not what we expected at a Westin! Also a very limited menu for the main dining room for a hotel this size.

    This experience was not worth the price. I’ve been here before during special occasion brunches and to just eat in the restaurant. Those experiences was amazing. This time our food was cold despite the chafing dishes. Our server was slow and not on point and definitely not worth the automatic gratuity on 2 people. I’m very disappointed.

    We were seated late then once we were seated got water then was totally ignored by the wait staff...ignored totally. Finally went to ask about the problem and our evening was saved by a trainee server (Hailey) whi was outstanding and provided great service. Of course, Hailey's supervising server showed up to grab the bill and the tip...which I sure hoped she shared with Hailey!!! The food was above average and we were able to enjoy the rest of our evening.

    Made a reservation, upon check in, was told it would be another half hour for a table to clear. Hostess informed that a text or phone call would be made to let us know when the table was ready. Never received any notification. Ended up getting food delivered to the hotel through Grubhub

    Went for lunch after a morning at the spa. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits and enjoyed. I ordered the Turkey wrap and it was boring. No flavor at all. We had a table by the window and loved the view. Probably would not go back with so many other options in town for lunch.

    Reunion with old friends this restaurant in the Westin turned out to be the best this long weekend here. We ate here 3 out of 5 nights and were never disappointed. Great food service and ambiance. Each meal was a winner.

    Granted is was X mas Day and pretty busy, the restaurant probably didn’t have enough staff, the quality of food was my main complaint here, crab cakes tasted old and fishy, chopped salad not chopped and mediocre Great Gumbo however

    Had breakfast reservations. Our dinner reservations cancelled at another location because of a sewer issue. The front desk lady (name started with M) created a place for us and we have a MARVELOUS dinner. Charlie, Kendra and all the staff were so kind.
