Had a nice family gathering on Easter Sunday. Extra lively and loud beacause of that I think. We all had a good time sharing quite a number of dishes. We'll be back for sure. One demerit for a very sticky chair. They must have had trouble scraping together enough chairs and tables for that particular evening.

The restaurants food was disappointing. We had the paella, Spanish chicken and the fingerling potatoes. Nothing left me wanting more and the chicken especially was not good. I could barely finish one piece. The romesco sauce had no flavor and the cumin rub they used on the chicken just tasted off. Luckily the service was outstanding and the charcuterie is delicious. I don’t think I would recommend this restaurant unless they want wine and charcuterie.

We ate on the patio in the alcove on a Sunday early evening with special out of town Company & the service was warm & attentive & all our favorites were just sublime—the dates, (for the rest of my family), the Farmer’s Plate and the Zuni Chicken are the go-to’s & we fill in with different small plates! That’s all I need to be in food heaven-unusual for me, at AOC, I don’t need dessert-the main meal is so delicious & satisfying!

I don’t understand what is the hype about this restaurant High price for small food portion that it’s not even tasty. I ordered the char and it was somehow raw, side was supreme orange, it was cold and didn’t go with the halfway cooked warm fish. I sat on a metal chair in patio didn’t have a cushion and very uncomfortable. We ordered several dishes and none came at the same time. And oh the dessert, awful!!! Fast food restaurants have better desserts the plater consisted of few items and one was marshmello on top of a cookie. And nothing we had was tasty. I was celebrating my bday with a few friends and we told the waiter that. I asked the hostess ahead of time if we will get a candle on a pastry, she said they will put a candle on the dessert but we have to order the dessert, we ordered a few dessert but no candles. I have no problem dining in $$$ restaurants, but I will expect tasty food. I would never go back. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed. We ordered six items. 3 were good and 3were pretty bad. Clams were delicious but some were gritty/sandy. Best part of dish was broth and they brought only 2 p small pieces of bread to sop up sauce. We requested more and it took at least 15 minutes to get the extra bread. Gnocchi was as bad. Had little taste and texture was hard. Duck was mediocre at best. Food service was very slow and waiter wasn’t around to ask to check on food. Because of slow service they did not charge us corkage fee on the wine we brought, which was nice. But, we would not go back because of food quality anyway.

Everything about AOC is amazing: The ambiance is beautiful, romantic, old European classic style. The service was wonderful, among the best ever; everyone was genuine, warm and thoughtful. The food was incredibly original and beyond delicious, quite spectacular! (Especially the Spanish Fried Chicken) And the prices were excellent...overall an incredible experience, great value, and our new favorite restaurant!

Food is incredible. The only issue is that we went for lunch. And it was not that filled, and the waiters were hovering over us so much that we could not continue a conversation. Interrupted so many times during the meal that we had to laugh. I had a bunch of french fries left. I told them I was still picking. They came by asking to take the plate 3 times. I finally had to tell them to take it so they'd stop interrupting. Love the food and ambience, but service was frustrating.

All in all pretty good night. Great food and ambiance. But, after being seated, one should never wait long enough to wonder if they have a waiter. Once he showed up, things went well and timely, but we had to ask if he existed.

We love this restaurant and the food did not disappoint when we went there to celebrate my birthday last week. The timing of the service, however, was terrible. We waited forever for the first dish and then the next four arrived all at the same time. Frankly, I expected more from AOC.

Was a little disappointed overall second time here at AOC. The food is overpriced for lunch and the waiter didn't explain that there is Healthcare Surcharge of 3.50% off your total bill it was only $2.80 but ridiculous stupid charge lunch for two $90.67 after tax we both got burgers! Never again for lunch or dinner so many other great restaurants on 3rd street for half price and good vibe. No wonder it was sooooo empty at 1pm for lunch.

Been coming for years! Had birthdays here, girls night out, telling friends I am pregnant, brunch before a relative left the country. Basically anything special to me has been here. Also, the manager that walks around I think is amazing. He always walks to the table and asks if everything is great. He truly cares- and if he ever had a bad day, I wouldn't know because he is always kind, respectful and smiling

Had high hopes. The lamb and chicken dishes we ordered were both over cooked. Not sure if we will return. The farmers platter, blood orange salad, and gnocchi were very good but not the best I’ve ever had. Service was very accommodating, nice ambiance.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my A.O.C. experience warrants one. My waiter was so absolutely rude i have never experienced anything like it. When i asked him for a recommendation off the brunch menu he quickly shut me down and said “everything’s good just get what you’re in the mood for”. He forgot my side of potatoes that i ordered when i asked if they were coming out still he proclaimed that i never ordered them and that he will add it to my order. He ignored me and my friend multiple times. Definitely will not be coming back
