   Service started good but it’s all downhill from there. Waiter left us for 15/20 mins just sitting there. There was no music playing in the background, the food came cold & under cooked. I asked for a medium well Rib eye & it came fresh from the cows butt red. Flavor wasn’t worth the $38 they charged. The best thing was nobody else was there, the worst thing is, we didn’t pay attention to those early warning signs. Absolutely not going back.

   Dirty glass doors, beat up interior and the food was awful. Great location but you can tell they have no one that care’s running the place.

   Host was very nice welcoming us and fast seating. Our server was Very nice as well. Drinks were Good and the bartender even came in to check on us to make sure we were ok. Could’ve been a slow night but it’s nice for a more private, intimate, date. Would come back for sure.

   The blackened mahi mahi sub roll was soggy and not enough fish. The burger needed more salt. The bathroom floors were sticky and needed cleaning.

   My experience at this restaurant was less than favorable. Inattentive waitstaff and mediocre food to say the least. I’d not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    I left my original review on google . The food was bad and very bland . I asked for a specific dessert twice and still was brought a different dessert . The location was nice though . Check google for in depth review . Do not come here .

    The bar tender was fabulous and tended to us when we arrived early. Got us a drink and was very personable. The server didn’t come to check on us, forgot our appetizer and my husband’s water. Didn’t ask if we wanted to split checks or offer dessert. Her service appalling. We will ever be back.

    We went on a Monday night when it wasn't busy, so we were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful dinner in the front patio area. My wife really liked her Fettucine Carbonara while my Linguini with Clams was solid, but nothing spectacular (I probably overreached here). Our waiter was very nice and everything came out within a reasonable amount of time, so overall it was a good experience.

    I had my reservation for 8:30pm. The host said I arrived an hour late and my reservation was for 7pm so I showed him my reservation and I could see he lied. Then he said they weren’t taking tables because the kitchen would close at 8:40pm. I asked if I should just leave and go elsewhere but they say me either way. The prices were insane for the level of quality of the food. Not to mention, the place has ants crawling up your table and sometimes into your drinks. I would highly recommend not coming here if you’re trying to bring a date. For an average of 20-30 per plate - it’s not worth it at all. Just go get tacos.

    After reading reviews I had a higher expectation but was sorely disappointed. Calamari was bland, a tiny portion, and expensive. The filet and bronzed salmon was ok but the sauce they put on it reminds me of Applebee's. Went on Valentine's day and the images of the restaurant online make it look romantic with table cloths and candles. Vday they had neither but did offer sticky table tops. I'm sure it's not always like this but Quality took the day off we visited.

    Valentines and Birthday Service was very slow. We wait 15mins before our waiter introduces himself, even though he services the table next to us twice. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all , only 3 tables seated

    310 Lakeside was 1/2 empty but still understaffed. It took 30 minutes to receive our drinks - the salad came first. It took an additional 5 minutes to receive silverware after the salads came. We both ordered filets. The beef was good and cooked as ordered. The seasoning and sauce was plain. For the price and location, I expected better food and service.

    The view lakeside was very nice and the portion size was enough to feel we got our money's worth. Our server was fantastic, we informed her at the beginning of the meal we were headed to see Wicked and she went above and beyond to make sure everything flowed smoothly. I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. I would have liked more dressing as it had been ages since I had "real" Caesar made with raw egg. But still very tasty. My friend had the wild mushroom ravioli. That was fantastic (I stole a few ravioli's off her plate). Desert was the cookie pie a la mode. Decadent to be sure. :) We will definitely be back. One negative was that it was slightly noisy as a huge party of customers were seated near us, but it was not terrible and just shows 310 Lakeside is popular for a reason.

    Service was pleasant, but very slow. Our appetizer actually came on the same tray with our main course so I sent that back. Had to ask a couple of times to get condiments. Ordered coffee at the end of the meal waited for a log time and it never came so we ask them for our bill and to please take the coffee off. It was not busy – there were only a few tables seated for lunch, and they looked like they had sufficient staff to have done better.

    They were very short staffed but bartender Dan was fabulous and the only waitress was also very good but obviously stressful for them on what was not a busy night but they were stressed out - no one at podium to seat us - we had to seek out people - if a manager was there, he/she should have been on the floor the entire night

    Food was fresh, but a salads with a “small” piece of salmon & a glass of wine for $41 plus tip for lunch seemed high. Table tops were sticky, maybe they need to be refinished? Atmosphere was good. Hamburger was great, good bun. Spiffy up the place and they might get more business.

    The quality of the food and ambiance were disappointing. The initial vibe of the place is not one where people are happy to work there. The tuna tartare appetizer was bland, and the filet mignon was relatively tough, even when cooked rare. The green beans were lifeless. The Caesar's salad was good, though.

    Service was poor, starting with hostess that told us they don't validate. Website says they do validate and the waitress did validate our ticket. We were not told of the specials, which was unfortunate as my Mother would have loved the prime rib. For such a wonderful location, this restaurant is tired and lacks any reason for return visit.

    My wife and I had lunch here on Christmas Eve before attending a show. While the place isn’t “fancy” the food and service were both excellent! It does get loud due to the high ceiling, but if you don’t mind that, it’s a great place. They have a very large bar so would guess it’s fantastic for a happy hour type of night.

    Overall not a bad experience, but service was subpar. At one point I looked around the room and there was not an employee to be found. Our salads came out with our main dish. And my ribeye was an undercooked from what I ordered. Not too big of a deal though.

    Food was excellent! Wife had the Tenderloin and it was cooked perfectly. I had the double pork chop and it was incredible. Perhaps the best I’ve ever had. Service was good and attentive without being overbearing. Prices were reasonable and not over priced. Only “knock” was the squash/goat cheese appetizer, which was just 3 little pieces. Expected more for the price, but it was delicious.
