The lamb was ok need more seasoning. But the service was the best we experienced. The server Romeo was excellent he recommended the best drinks. He was friendly sociable and may our whole stay wonderful. The only place we ate at our trip 240 west.

The worst meal I’ve ever had. The server couldn’t get the drinks right after three tries. It was all teenagers working in the restaurant, barely any service. The prime rib came well down on the outside, like they threw it on the grill when we asked for medium rare.

Convenient location if you are staying at the hotel. Took our server multiple times to get our drinks right, not sure why there was not a bartender on staff making drink orders. Food was pricey for what you got. My salmon was soo salty and the side salad was underdressed and overly chewy. The other three guests got the pre fix prime rib and it was missing side listed on the menu. Would not return sry.

Love the atmosphere in the restaurant and the server we had was wonderful. Loved the farm salad and the dessert but didn’t like the main dish so much. We ordered from the special menu that helped with charity. My husband liked his salmon but I ordered the braised beef with noodles ( it was mostly pasta) and it was not my favorite. Maybe on the specials have a fish, chicken, beef and vegetarian meal to choose from.

Boring and bland institutional food. We had the Sunday brunch, it was not special. The space was too dark and gloomy, even with a wall of windows there was insufficient light overhead and in the dining areas. The space could be so much better and inviting. The food was fair, but boring and lacking in memorable flavors. For the money we would have been much better going to a local breakfast spot or the nearby bakery. For convenience as overnight guests it’s nice but not a good value.

Everything the restaurant provided, drinks, food, ambiance etc, was wonderful. The only downside was the noise. Not the piano player, or the polite conversation of other patrons, but rather the shrill loud conversation of the table full of hyenas sitting near us. Someone needed to ask them to please turn it down. Besides that, the maple bourbon old-fashioned was amazing and the short ribs were outstanding.

Unfortunately the food was not very good at all. The grill cheese bites and tomato bisque appetizer was a barely toasted white bread grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese was not melted. Very bland. My wife had the burger, and the beef tasted like it had been frozen. The fries tasted like they had been deep fried in old oil. I had the surf and turf special. The beef was very good, but the lobster was overcooked. The pasta was bland. For an expensive resort on Geneva Lake one would expect a good meal for $100+. They have a captive audience and don’t need to provide quality.

The walleye was excellent as well as everything that came with it except the carrot puree. I would rather have whole carrots. Our dessert - tiramisu was fabulous. Of course since it was our anniversary it came with luscious whipped cream, blueberries and strawberries. We loved the little chocolate piece that said Happy Anniversary. In the morning my husband had the frittata. It was delicious and happily we had some to take home. I had the omelet with avocado, mushroom and kale. It was excellent too and I too had some to take home for breakfast tomorrow. The view was wonderful, the service was great and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to all!!

Food was overly salty in both meals. Steak was very undercooked, so they took her whole plate back, and by the time we got it back other person was already finished eating to avoid eating a cold meal. So we ate at completely separate times on what was supposed to be a nice date night. Took 20+ minutes after finishing eating to get the bill. Never got asked for any drink refills (drink was empty before dinner even served), or bread that all other tables seemed to have. Potato with steak had zero seasoning on. Overall would not recommend. Frustrating when this was a $100 date night just to be left frustrated.

Waitress somewhat rudely stated that the restaurant closed at 11:00a.m. when our reservation was for 10:30. I was served a breakfast that was not at all what I ordered. When I asked about it they simply said oh we are out of bananas. Basically the server was saying deal with it. My daughter ordered sweet crepes the cream cheese filling had no sweetness to it. Definitely not a $60 breakfast.

Bummed about our experience - made a reservation almost a month in advance. Open Table made it seem as though they were fully booked. Only 1 time slot available. We arrived 30 minutes early and it was almost empty - 4ish tables had people at it. Two servers were working - it seemed as though that should have been plenty. Our server took so so long to come and stop in. Almost 30 minutes between clearing plates and us declining dessert to receiving the check. My husband ordered a NY Strip medium rare and it was medium well to well done. They offered to refire but given that it had already been almost an hour wait for steaks, we politely declined. No offer was made to comp a drink or anything - manager never stopped by. I would assume the server never informed him. Overall, just a bummer. It was a relatively pricey meal with very little food. The convenience was nice but I would advise others to go elsewhere.

We purchased the Sunday Brunch meal. Most of the food was dry. The omelette maker used a ton of oil and made the eggs runny and greasy. One of our friends works in catering and explained to us in a buffet food should be cooked differently than a regular meal so the food sitting in a warmer does not become dry and lose flavor.

We arrived for our reservation on time, and our table was not ready. We were sat shortly after but then we waited for 30 minutes and eventually had to go to the hostess stand to ask for service. Our waitress had walked by our table several time and would not make eye contact. I have had brunch here before and enjoyed it, but this morning I was disappointed with the service.

I made reservations a month prior to my arrival in which I requested a window seat and even after calling to confirm the reservation found out that only parties of 4 or less receive windows seats of the harbor. It was a quite March evening so off season and the manager refused to add a chair or push two tables together. Hmmm so we moved on to being seated. The food was absolutely horrible and severely over priced. For a family of five we spent $327 for the worst meal ever. My french onion soup was all solid, no liquid and really wasn't sure what I was eating as it was so black you couldn't identify the onions. The pinot noir was flat, the steak tasted funky, and no one enjoyed their meal to the point much was left on the plate. I/we will never go back to this restaurant.
